A “success” by most people’s definition, It wasn’t until he had worked for more than 13 years as a technology and management professional, fulfilling his naive teenage goal of reaching the elusive “six-figure salary” before age 30, that Jason realized money did not equal happiness and he wanted more out of life.
“JG” has helped inspire and empower entrepreneurs as well as the likes of NASA, Wyndham Vacation Ownership and Northrop Grumman to overcome challenges and exploit opportunities through his unique experiences and his action-oriented (and often times witty and edgy, if he does say so himself) approach to personal growth and professional development.
Before launching MEometry, Jason founded a ground-breaking executive transportation company where he served as CEO. Jason was integral in gaining the company’s acceptance to the UCF Business Incubator, raising capital from investors, generating acclaim and media exposure, and assembling an all-star advisory board including Jeff Hoffman (former CEO in the Priceline.com family of businesses).
JG and his team led that company to win the 2011 Orlando Chamber award for Business Innovation & Growth (B.I.G. Award) and he was recently nominated for the 2012 Orlando Business Journal Most Influential Men awards.
Then, in 2012 Jason was the CEO and Co-Founder of Juntura Group, a start-up partnership with NASA focused on technology commercialization. In under a year, our team of business professionals and engineers was able to spec, package and prototype a commercial development kit based on NASA technology originally used in the space shuttle program.
This led to our company obtaining exclusive licensing to three NASA patents in order to continue our work with the inductive non-contact linear position sensor as we market and sell the technology into the private sector and the DoD.
Previously Jason spent seven years as the Director of Operations for a technology integration firm helping to turn what started as a one-man tech shop into a regionally recognized multi-million dollar success.
Jason is very passionate about community involvement. He is the Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for the PACE Center for Girls, Director of the Central Florida (Tony Robbins) Thanksgiving Basket Brigade which delivers Thanksgiving meals to over 600 families every year and serves on the advisory board for several local colleges including the nationally-ranked (#1 in Florida; #22 nationwide) Crummer Graduate School Leadership Advisory Board.
He received his Executive Coaching certification from the Center for Executive Coaching, is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Management Information Systems and holds an MBA from the Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business in Winter Park, Florida.
Pretty cool huh?
